Refund Policy
Shivalya Water Park is committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly refund process. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making a booking or purchase.
1. General Policy
- 1.1 All ticket sales, including entry passes and special packages, are generally non-refundable once confirmed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- 1.2 Refunds will only be entertained under specific circumstances as outlined below and subject to verification.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
- 2.1 Weather-related Closures: In the event the park is closed for the entire day due to adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rainfall, lightning, or natural calamities), guests will be eligible for either a rescheduled visit or a full refund.
- 2.2 Technical or Operational Issues: If major attractions or more than 50% of the rides are non-operational due to technical or safety issues for the entire day, partial or full refunds may be granted.
- 2.3 Duplicate or Failed Transactions: If payment is made twice or a technical failure leads to a non-confirmed booking with deduction of money, the excess or failed transaction amount will be refunded upon verification with the payment gateway.
- 2.4 Medical Emergencies: In cases of serious medical emergencies occurring before entry, guests may apply for a reschedule or refund by submitting a valid medical certificate and ID proof.
3. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
- 3.1 Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, late arrival, or failure to adhere to dress code or safety rules.
- 3.2 Guests ejected from the park due to misconduct or policy violation will not be eligible for refunds.
- 3.3 Partial usage of services (e.g., using a few rides and exiting early) does not qualify for refunds.
4. Refund Request Process
- 4.1 All refund requests must be made via email to support@shivalyawaterpark.com within 2 days of the incident.
- 4.2 Requests must include:
- Booking reference number
- Reason for refund
- Supporting documents (if applicable)
- Contact details
- 4.3 Validated refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
